Event submissions

Event supervisors must submit their event documentation to the invitational coordinator by Thursday, December 8th at 5pm

  • For building events, please submit any rubrics or scoring guidelines that will be used for the event, even if using any nationally-provided Excel rubrics.
  • For study events, please submit (as separate documents) a blank copy of the exam and the answer key. Please also include any additional documents, such as image sheets or scoring rubrics, that are needed to run the event. 
  • For all events, please use the following format for file names: IslipInvy16EventName####, where the #### represents the type of file submitted (i.e. Exam, AnswerKeyRubric, etc.). This will help me to organize the files for distribution to the teams after the invitational.
    • For example, if you are submitting the exam and answer key for Anatomy, you would submit two separate files, IslipInvy16AnatomyExam and IslipInvy16AnatomyAnswerKey.
